We assure you that we will search for every available property that matches your search criteria. If your bid is rejected or outbid, we will continue to look for you within the parameters our search fees allow.

How much should I pay to get things started?

A 50% upfront fee is required of the services you have chosen. The remaining 50% is paid upon completion of all services.

You can select additional services after the initial selection. The service fees will be added in their entirety to the final invoice.

Can you give me a ballpark number as to how much your services will cost?

Yes.

An extensive family and one staff relocation package, excluding local VAT, will likely cost between £6,000 and £8,000; (a home procurement service starts from £2,950.00, excluding local VAT and excluding workplace / commercial premises sourcing).

If anyone of the 3 business relocation service options are not right and you have a specific project in mind and want that extra flexibility to suit your needs, we are happy to discuss a tailored project budget and criteria that works for you.
