1. Live-Link Viewing

From now on, all viewings for commercial and residential properties will be done via live video chat link. This is to ensure that our current and future clients, can continue to conduct business and take advantage of investments, without having to compromise their safety or the safety of others. The live-link viewings will be conducted at an agreed time and will be as detailed as personal viewings – our team will be sure to show every inch of the property. These viewings can be done either via Skype, WhatsApp or Zoom, depending on the applicant’s preference.

2. Detailed Videography and Photography

Detailed, high-res, videos and photographs have been compiled of each property. These will be sent to the applicant after the live-link viewing has been completed. We anticipate these will work to not only keep the property fresh in your memory, but also enable you to accurately reflect on the property by yourself, or with your partner’s. We want to ensure that you are still able to make the correct investment decision for your business or personally for your next move.

3. Online Meetings Only

Additionally, we will now be limiting all face-to-face meetings between our team and our clients, in order to respect the social distancing guidelines, set out by the Government. These meetings will again be conducted at an agreed time and via online platforms Skype, WhatsApp or Zoom.
